  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within the United States

  • We ship nationwide across the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping options (2-Day or Overnight) are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight, and dimensions of the products.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on specific products or order values. Any free shipping offer will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking email.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Perfoy ships only within the United States.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping outside the U.S.

Delivery Delays

  • While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as severe weather, carrier issues, or holidays.

  • Perfoy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or missed delivery attempts.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items received.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • If your package is lost in transit, notify us as soon as possible — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Perfoy is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
