Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

To complete your return, you will need to provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Certain items such as sale or clearance products, personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided label or your preferred carrier.
Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items, Perfoy covers all return shipping costs.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit instead.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending the item back.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the issue and your order number in your email.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
